Not to sound too, too moronic, but why would people who actually have LJ accounts need to review anonymously? That is to say, unless they are writing something that they would be ashamed to put their name on, what other reason would they have to not comment like I am doing right now? (And, of course, if you have an actual response, I will then look stupid. But I am perfectly willing to look that way.)

I've been on a long term Kurtbastian kick, but I still (lovingly) recall your Puckurt stories and had no problem telling you so using my name. I'm just at a loss as to why others find it hard to do the same...

I guess I can understand up to a point. Like when I decided to try and read my first Kurofsky fic, I was totally conflicted b'c of how the character was first brought onto the show and what it might represent to read something that would pair Kurt and Dave together (even tho it is, but of course, fiction). However, if I was going to actually read the fic AND comment on it (b'c I don't actually have to comment -- I can pretend to have never seen the story in my life) -- but if I am going to comment on the fic, then I'm going to put my name on the comment b'c otherwise, I'd just feel ridiculous making any kind of statement at all.

I guess my point is if someone has something to say, I'd think they'd want to stand by their words.
